  • Electrode geometry: In automated welding, tungsten electrode shape directly affects arc voltage (AVC) stability. Even minor dimensional variations can cause voltage fluctuations leading to weld defects. Maintaining consistent electrode geometry is fundamental to process stability.
  • Parameter management: Consistent weld quality stems from standardized control of all variables—including shielding/backing gas purity and flow rates, ceramic nozzle specifications, electrode extension length, filler metal batch numbers, and start positions.
