The Fusamatic branch saddle (Stackload) offers a complete solution for bypass, purging and off-take connections on larger diameter pipe mains, where a welded branch is required without cutting into the main pipe. The saddle welds directly onto the outside of the pipe wall, creating a fully welded, maintenance-free branch.

It covers the largest mains in the range: DN250 to DN450mm (including a combined 400–450mm size) with a 63mm outlet, spanning SDR 11–21. The stackable body nests safely for storage, reducing storage space and freight volume.

Manufactured from virgin PE100 black polyethylene with a 4mm automatic pin, rated PN16 for water and 10 bar for gas. Suitable for gas, water, mining and irrigation applications. Operating temperature range: −10°C to +40°C.
