PE100 Electrofusion Reducer DN20x16-DN180x125 | 4.0mm Fusamatic Auto Pin SDR11 | PN16 Water / 10 Bar Gas
Product Overview

A PE100 electrofusion reducer (also called a reducing socket or electrofusion transition fitting) is used to join two PE polyethylene pipes of different diameters, creating a fully welded, leak-free size transition. It replaces mechanical adaptors and flanges in buried and above-ground gas, water, wastewater and industrial pipeline networks.

This range uses a 4.0mm Fusamatic automatic pin, which automatically reads the correct welding parameters from the fitting body. This eliminates manual data-entry errors and ensures consistent, repeatable fusion quality across the entire pipeline project.

Manufactured from virgin PE100 black polyethylene, rated PN16 for water and 10 bar for gas. Operating temperature range: -10°C to +40°C. Available in 20 size combinations from DN20x16 to DN180x125mm.

Typical Applications
  • Size transitions in municipal water distribution networks
  • Gas pipeline diameter changes and connection points
  • Wastewater and sewer rising main transitions
  • Agricultural irrigation main line diameter changes
  • Mining slurry and dewatering pipeline transitions
  • Industrial process water and compressed air systems
Key Features & Benefits
  • Manufactured using virgin PE100 black polyethylene for long-term durability
  • Water PN16 / Gas 10 Bar rating (dependent on PE pipe welded)
