A PE100 electrofusion 90° elbow changes the direction of a polyethylene pipeline by 90 degrees, creating a fully welded, leak-free bend without mechanical joints, flanges or gaskets. It is the standard fitting for pipeline direction changes in buried and above-ground gas, water, wastewater and industrial networks.

This range uses a 4.0mm Fusamatic automatic pin, which automatically reads the correct welding parameters from the fitting body. This eliminates manual data-entry errors and ensures consistent, repeatable fusion quality across the entire pipeline project.

Manufactured from virgin PE100 black polyethylene, rated PN16 for water and 10 bar for gas. Operating temperature range: -10°C to +40°C. Available in 15 sizes from DN20 to DN250mm.
