The flanged electrofusion branch saddle with underclamp/understrap provides a DN100 flanged outlet on DN225–630 PE mains, allowing direct bolted connection to flanged valves, meters, pumps, filters and other equipment — without additional transition adapters.

The DP version is supplied as a complete assembly: flanged branch saddle + galvanised backing ring + NBR and EPDM full face gaskets (Class B per GIS PL2 Part 4). The sacrificial underclamp/understrap locks the fitting in place during the weld cycle and can be retained in-situ after installation.

Manufactured from virgin PE100 black polyethylene with a 4mm manual pin. Rated Water PN16 / Gas 10 Bar. Suitable for gas, water, mining and irrigation applications. Operating temperature range: −10°C to +40°C.
