The PE100 electrofusion duckfoot bend kit is a pre-assembled, ready-to-install solution for connecting a buried PE water main to an above-ground fire hydrant, meter riser or valve assembly. Instead of sourcing individual components separately, the kit includes every part needed to make a fully fused, leak-free vertical transition.

The kit contains the electrofusion duckfoot bend (with integral mounting base), PE riser pipe, backing ring flange, EPDM/NBR gasket, electrofusion coupler or reducer (depending on main size), spigot reducer, and a full set of Rilsan-coated bolts, nuts and washers. This means no mismatched flanges, no missing hardware, and faster on-site installation.

Available for main pipe sizes from 63mm to 180mm, all with a DN80 NP16 flange outlet. Manufactured from virgin PE100 black polyethylene, rated Water PN16, with Fusamatic automatic pin (4.0mm) for error-free fusion welding. Operating temperature: -10°C to +40°C. Suitable for water supply, mining and irrigation applications.
