The PE100 electrofusion hydrant branch saddle kit provides a fully fused, packaged solution for adding a fire hydrant or vertical riser to an existing buried PE water main — without cutting or removing a section of the main pipe. The electrofusion saddle clamps directly onto the outer wall of the main and is fusion-welded in place, creating a strong, leak-free branch connection.

Available for main pipe sizes from 90 mm up to 250 mm — covering the most common trunk water main diameters — all with a DN80 PN16 flange outlet for hydrant connection. The kit includes everything needed: the branch saddle, a 90 mm electrofusion coupler, PE riser pipe, backing ring flange, EPDM/NBR gasket, and a full set of Rilsan-coated bolts, nuts and washers.

Manufactured from virgin PE100 black polyethylene, rated Water PN16, with Fusamatic automatic pin (4.0 mm) and rising pin fusion indicators. Operating temperature: −10 °C to +40 °C. Suitable for water supply, mining and irrigation applications.
