The electrofusion branch saddle with underclamp provides a solution for bypass, purging and off-take connections on larger diameter pipe mains, with a 40mm, 50mm or 63mm branch outlet.

The sacrificial toggle-clamp underpart snaps quickly into place — saving installer time, avoiding the need for specialist tooling, and providing proof of clamping during the fusion cycle before being removed.

Manufactured from virgin PE100 black polyethylene with a 4mm automatic pin that reads the correct welding parameters automatically. Rated Water PN16 / Gas 10 Bar. Suitable for gas, water, mining and irrigation applications.

Fits main bodies from DN63 to DN225 (SDR 11 – 17.6) with 40/50/63mm outlets — 27 standard references. Operating temperature range: -10°C to +40°C.
